Whilst the use of data intelligence and analytics will assist us, the key factor is our Collections team experience to assess our customer’s ability and willingness to pay. We always try and work with our customers to obtain and maintain an affordable repayment programme.
Our modus operandi centres on engaging with our customers via telephone, electronically or by post. We place enormous emphasis on a fair and ethical approach to our relationship with our customers recognising the need to protect both our and the original lender’s reputation.
